How do I prevent storyist from constantly starting at page 1 every time I click on a different script within a project. I need it to start from where I left off writing, always.

Hi edwardyharby,

Items in the project view are like URLs: they take you to the same position in the file each time. Clicking on the file's icon takes you to the start of the file, and clicking on any outline element in that file takes you to that element.

If you click away from a file you are working on, clicking the Back button will return you to your previous position, and reopening a project takes you to the same location you were viewing when you closed the project.

If you want to get back to a position repeatedly, you can set a bookmark, which will create a project item in the project view for you.
