And I agree with Whirly, finding oneself sitting on a plane next an author who both uses Storyist and says encouraging things about one's work and wants to keep in touch is too cool for words. Real synchronicity, Tim!

I haven't been in the situation yet, M, that I've had to use Steve's one-on-one help but it's so nice to know that it's available. I don't know of any other developers who are willing to do that.

The kind words are so well deserve, M, Miss Piggy or not

Too bad we weren't all on that plane also but it may have caused that author to jump ship (hopefully with a parachute).
