Technically?
Single. Then not single. Now single again. Don't care to go into the details.

Great joke and so true. I've never heard it before.
Someone told it to me. I think she got it from TV but I'm not sure.
Ah TV. Is there anything you don't know?

Sorry to bring up a painful subject for you. Relationships, when they don't work out, are definitely not fun. I feel for you and the rest of us.

I could say the same about the computer.

True. But with TV and the computer/Internet, you need to know that you have a reliable source.

You're welcome.

As for the question of them gathering their information from a reliable source, isn't that also true about books? I can read a book and assume it's reliable but that doesn't make it true. Would the exception be dictionaries and the old encyclopedias we had as kids?

I agree, it is a problem. Like the old song* asks, Who are the trusted?

Congrats, Whirlybird! Life soon gets more than a little tedious in the cold and dark, not to mention the slowly defrosting refrigerator.

Welcome back to the Land of Power, Light, and Internet Access! :D

Thanks, M. You are so right! Between eating cold cereal, trying not to open the frig or freezer, I was sweating out my battery reserves on my different devices. There's nothing like being connected to this forum and the internet.
