If you're interested in checking out the Storyist project I use to generate the ePub and PDF versions of the Storyist User's Guide, you can download it here.

It contains:

• Embedded images and screenshots.
  
• An example style sheet for manuals.
  
• A project preset for quick generation of ePub files.

To generate the ePub version of the guide:

• Open the project.
  
• Choose File > Export
  
• Click the Presets button and choose the "User's Guide" preset.
  
• Click the Next button to step through the export options.
  
• Choose a location to store the ePub file.
  
• Click Export.

Note that the project font is Myriad Pro, which isn't a standard system font (it ships with Adobe Creative Suite).
