Storyist 2.1.6 is available for download.

It includes a page count placard and fixes several bugs. Specifically:

• Storyist now shows page count in addition to word count in the command bar at the bottom of the text editor.
  
• Storyist now honors the Tab/Return key shortcut settings if the global setting is OFF and the local project item setting is ON.
  
• If your project windows are split across multiple Spaces (an OS X feature in Leopard or later), Storyist no longer switches back to the default space when presenting the style popover window if you're working in a non-default space.
  
• The word count placard is now initialized with the correct value. Previously, it read "0" until you moved the cursor.
  
• Storyist no longer crashes in rare circumstances when adding scenes.
